The Wootons Country Hotel is a luxury hotel located of the village of Tintagel in North Cornwall, within 500 metres of King Arthur's Castle and the coastal footpath and Castle Cove. A family run inn with modern spacious accommodation, full en-suite facilities, satellite television in the rooms and bar, and everything for the modern traveler. The Wootons Country Hotel was converted from a private house constructed in Victorian times for the local doctor. No expense was spared to modernise the hotel with panelled or tiled bathrooms in all the rooms with power showers and all the modern facilities one comes to expect. There is a large bar, a restaurant and a snooker room available to guests and locals. Private parking is provided at the rear next to the hotel gardens. All are welcome including pets by arrangement. The current owners run the hotel as a family concern with the emphasis on good food and good service. The only restriction placed on guests is that smoking is banned from the bedrooms and restaurant.
